Private 75–90 minute basketball development session for AAU programs, high school teams, and coach-organized groups.

Led by professional athlete and Gamma by Rhythm founder Charles Elzie III, each session combines game-speed skill development, basketball IQ, mindset, recovery, and athlete standards.
